Lord Play data deletion
Last updated: October 17, 2026
In short: this page covers the Lord Play app (on Google Play, "Lord Play Original"), by the developer Lord Play. You delete your playlists inside the app, or ask for everything to be deleted by email, within 15 days.
1. How to request deletion
In the app:
- Delete each playlist with "Delete". This removes the playlist and its credentials from our server too.
- Use "Leave this playlist" to stop using the playlist on the device.
- Turn off "Remote diagnostics" in Settings: when off, the app no longer sends usage information, errors or crash reports.
- Uninstall the app to remove what is stored on the device.
By email, to delete everything held on our servers: write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete data" and include the MAC and the key shown in the app. This lets us confirm the request is yours.
2. What is deleted
- Your playlists, with username, password and PIN.
- Usage information (what was playing and the playlist in use).
- Error and crash logs.
- Ratings (like/dislike).
- All of the above tied to the MAC you provide.
3. What is kept and for how long
- The payment record of an activation made on the website (order, plan, amount and status), for as long as the law requires. The payer's CPF is not kept by us: it goes straight to the payment processor.
- The subscription made in the Android app through Google Play (order number, plan and expiry date), for as long as the law requires. Payment happens at Google, which keeps its own payment data; to cancel the subscription, use Google Play (Payments & subscriptions). Deleting your data does not cancel the subscription.
4. Response time
