Lord Play terms of use
Last updated: October 1, 2026
In short: Lord Play is only the player. Content comes from the playlist you enter, and you and whoever provides the playlist are responsible for it. Only use the app with content you have the right to watch.
1. What Lord Play is
Lord Play is a media playback app for Smart TVs. It shows the content of a playlist entered by the user, using the username and password given by the user's own provider.
2. Lord Play does not provide content
- We do not sell, provide or recommend channels, movies, series, subscriptions, playlists or providers.
- The app comes with no content. Without a playlist from the user, it shows nothing.
- We do not host, store or retransmit playlist content: video goes straight from the provider's server to the TV.
- We have no relationship with any provider and do not control what playlists contain.
3. User responsibility
By using Lord Play, you declare that you have the right to access the content of the playlist you enter and that you will respect copyright and the laws of your country. Using the app to access, distribute or promote pirated or illegal content is forbidden.
4. Your relationship with the provider
The playlist, its price, quality, availability and support are the responsibility of the provider you chose. We do not guarantee that any playlist works or any provider's service.
5. Player activation
After the trial period, the app may ask you to activate the player on the TV. Activation is bought on the website at lordplay.net/en/activate, by PIX, or done with an activation code. Each activation is for one TV; the plan, term and price are shown before payment. Activation is for the player only: it includes no channels, movies, series, subscriptions or playlists.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features to improve the service, fix problems or comply with app store rules and the law.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages related to playlist content, provider outages, internet connection or use of the app against these terms.
8. Trademarks and ownership
The Lord Play name, brand and software belong to Lord Play. Movie and series information and images come from TMDB: this product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Other trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.
9. Termination
We may block use of the app on devices used against these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and ask for your data to be deleted.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
